Not only is "Find It, Fix It, Flip It!" informative, but it is very easy to understand and read. Corbett explains everything from start to finish so the beginner can understand. Although he states that flipping isn't easy, he gives you a great foundation to begin. It's a wonderful book not only for those who flip, but even for regular homebuyers in general. I also liked that his strategies will work anywhere. This is not a book about how to flip properties in hot markets where there is huge demand. The bottom line is about creating a wonderful home that will sell fast and for a lot more than you paid, and he sticks to that theme pretty well without getting lost in construction details. My only criticism is that the book is loaded with lots of before and after photos, but would be even better if they were taken from the same angle. (DM)
